The Opportunity

Rackspace is currently searching for an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team, more specifically within our Executive Recruiting function, in a phenmonenal, highly visible opportunity. The Executive Recruiting Coordinator serves as a partner, interfacing with executive recruiters, executive hiring leaders (D+) and candidates to facilitate and support the recruitment and interview process, with a keen focus on delivering efficiently with the utmost attention to detail. This includes partnering closely with Executive Assistants supporting the hiring leaders. Acts as point of contact for: Executive Hiring Leaders, Executive Recruiters and Executive Candidates throughout the recruitment process and provides a Fanatical Experience each step of the way, on both sides of the house, internally and externally. Handles heavy, complex interview scheduling that may consist of international and offsite meetings as well as external video/telepresence conferencing. Serves as on-site host to high-profile candidates during in-person interviews. Coordinates travel needs and accommodarions in a high touch capacity.


  • Knowledge/Skills/Ability: Experienced at creating a high touch candidate experience and driving a complex recruiting process.Excellent organizational skills, integrity and great follow through. Is skilled in a range of processes, procedures and systems to carry out assignments or has developed deep skills in a single area.   • Job Complexity: Maximize the effectiveness and success of the executive recruiters by managing and owning critical components of the executive recruiting process from end to end.Multi-task and prioritize time sensitive issues while maintaining a high level demeanor with candidates and colleagues.Components include items such as scheduling candidates, preparing interviewer guides/packages, assistance in preparing offers, etc.Manage logistics of recruiting process, including travel arrangements and expense reimbursement.Performs assignments under supervision and may make recommendations on process improvements or methods. Decisions impact the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of own team. Uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality as this coordinator will be privy to private and confidential information. Savvy and adaptable to tools and processes that make coordinating more effective.Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with external and internal clients.


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a coordinator position – within a Talent Acquisition department highly preferred.

  • Experience working with Director+ leaders, stakeholders and highly desirable senior level candidates.

  • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Microsft Office Suite and its fuctions/capabilities.
