Texas Physical Therapy Specialists Front Desk Customer Service Representative in San Antonio, Texas

Some overall job responsibilities include front desk scheduling, collection of co payments/deductibles within the clinic, data entry, insurance verification, filing, patient interaction on the phone and in person. Customer service and previous administrative experience is a definite plus.

Compensation:

$11-$13/hr depending on education and/or experience.

  • Previous administrative or other professional office experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment

  • Ability to work under pressure and remain friendly and professional

  • Ability and willingness to treat all patients with the utmost kindness and consideration in the most trying situations

  • Friendly personality with the desire to work with the public

  • Ability to prioritize and follow up on completion of tasks

  • Good writing and communication skills
